**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide product/service information.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to explain them effectively to potential customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide solutions to turn them into sales opportunities.
- Generate and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to the sales team about customer needs, challenges, and potential market opportunities.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner while handling customer calls.
- Participate in training and ongoing skill development sessions.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a 12th Plus or equivalent. A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: 1+ year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is preferred, however, freshers with good communication skill are welcome
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify languages required].
- **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
- **Self-Motivated**: Energetic and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Work Hours**: 11 Am to 7 Pm (Monday to Saturday)
