**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3-4 years in the Travel Agency industry
- **Certification**: IATA Professional Qualification in Airline Ticketing and Reservation
- **Skills**: Experience in handling holidays and visa issuance

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently handle ticketing and reservation processes.
- Utilize IATA knowledge to ensure accurate and compliant transactions.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to secure bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service during the booking process.
- Manage holiday packages and assist in visa issuance procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ticketing and reservations within a Travel Agency.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA regulations and procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in relevant computer systems and booking platforms.
