Job Title: Freelance Marketing Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Marketing Executive to help promote our institution and attract new students. This is a freelance position that allows you to work from home and set your own schedule. Your compensation will be based on performance, and the more successful you are in promoting our course, the more you can earn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract students to our Spoken English courses
- Identify and pursue new marketing channels and opportunities to increase course enrollment
- Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital and offline marketing channels
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and activities to increase visibility and interest in our course
- Build and maintain relationships with potential students and engage with them to understand their needs and preferences
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the institution's brand and objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the education industry (Freshers also can apply)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
- Flexibility to work part-time as per your availability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
