**We are hiring an Admission Counsellor for Aravali International School -Sector 43.**

**Salary: Rs. 25000-50000**

**Experience : Minimum 2 years in Admission Counselling**

**Education: Minimum graduate /MBA preferred**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for all admissions-related inquiries.
- Counsel prospective families on curriculum offerings (CBSE Cambridge, etc.), school philosophy, academic programs, campus life, and admissions procedures.
- Manage end-to-end admission processes, including scheduling interviews, assessments, follow-ups, documentation, and final onboarding.
- Organize and conduct campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute school promotion campaigns and events.
- Foster positive relationships with prospective families through timely and consistent communication.
- Coordinate with academic departments to facilitate student evaluations and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions statistics and conversion ratios.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Psychology, or Communication is preferred. MBA Preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or a related field—preferably in an international or private school setting.
- Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum is highly desirable.
- Experience working with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
