Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for an Admission Counsellor

1. Application Evaluation:

- Make informed decisions on student admissions, in line with institution policies and procedures.

2. Student/ Parent Counselling:

- Provide guidance to students and parents on admission procedures.

3. Admission Process Management:

- Ensure timely and efficient communication with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
- Complete Documentation on each student file as per CBSE guidelines.

4. Parent Engagement:

- Build relationships with parents to understand their expectations and concerns.
- Keep parents informed about their child's progress and admission status.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Analyze admission data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on admission metrics and student outcomes.

7. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with faculty, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of admission policies, procedures, and marketing strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
