DCA focuses on mentorship-driven training with our network of 100+ mentors, with an emphasis on practical learning and exposure.
- It is an individual contribution role.
- Maintain a Detailed Database of all the Interactions with the Leads and Provide Constant. Feedback to the Student Experience Manager in Order to Optimise Lead Closure.
- To Develop and Maintain a Positive Working Relationship with the Students.
- Can Handle Sales Target Effectively.

What We are Looking For?
- Immediate joiner with good experience as an Admission counselor in an edtech company.
- Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills (English Proficiency).
- Strong Sales Bent of Mind, in Order to Understand and Effectively Communicate What DCA is Offering to Its Prospective Students and Close Applications.
- Approachable and Vibrant Personality.
- Ability to Approach Any Situation with Patience and Very Strong Empathy.
- Passion to Deliver the Highest Levels of Customer Service At all Times.
- Basic Proficiency in Ms. Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is Preferable.
- Demonstrated Highest Level of Integrity, Intellectual Honesty, and Strong Work Ethic
- sharp, Analytical, and Thoughtful. Has Sound Judgment and Ability Solve On the Spot
- proven Ability to Successfully Thrive in An Ambiguous Environment and Changing Market Conditions.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Education Sales or Academic Counseling.
