Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Skills : English Communication Should be Good in Verbal and Written, Basic Computer Skills

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain courses, eligibility, and admission processes.
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding the student’s needs and providing the right solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience in tele-calling, telesales, sales executive roles from any industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guiding students.
- Proficiency in Hindi and basic English; local language is a plus.
- Good convincing and problem-solving skills.
