**Job Opportunity: Marketing & B2B Sales Executive (0-3 Years Experience)**
**Location: Pune, Maharashtra**
**Work Mode: Work from Office (Mid/Night Shift)**

Vishura Business Services is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about communication, client engagement, and strategic growth. **Eligibility Criteria / Pre-requisites**:

- Graduate in any discipline with 0-3 years of experience in Marketing or B2B Sales
- Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Prior experience in the BPO industry is an added advantage
- Familiarity with customer service processes and finance industry concepts is desirable
- Willingness to work in mid-shift or night-shift schedules
- Work from office is mandatory; remote work is not available for this role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online research to identify and generate qualified leads across global markets
- Create and publish engaging LinkedIn posts and blogs aligned with brand messaging
- Schedule and coordinate online meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Draft customized proposals based on client industry, pain points, and service requirements
- Design compelling presentations and pitch decks to support sales conversations
- Develop quotations and pricing models tailored to the scope of services requested
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain and update client information using CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and align with business goals
- Generate daily reports to track outreach, engagement, and conversion metrics
- Actively contribute to revenue growth through strategic outreach and client retention efforts
