**Job Title: - Area Franchisee Executive**

Ø **Van arrival and leaving shop follow up.**

Ø **Product received short or excess its follow up and if SP is there then how to manage it.**

Ø **Catering damage and crack issues**

Ø **Route alignment and shop opening according to it.**

Ø **Maintaining all licenses at shop level and its follow up.**

Ø **Customer complaints resolution.**

Ø **Improving selling skill of CSP.**

Ø **Arrange CSP, Captain and other management for shop**

Ø **Allocate task to be done.**

Ø **New Product launch and its successfull ordering.**

Ø **GRM/GVN discussion and working towards its solution in accordance with account team, dispatch team, admin team etc.**

Ø **Branding work follow up at shop level**

Ø **Follow up with shop for target V/s achievement.**

Ø **Shop sales support and planning activities to achieve target.**

Ø **CSP and captain training at shop level**

Ø **Relationship with management**

Ø **Corporate, School, etc tie up with shop**

Ø **New Franchisee appointment**

Ø **Competitor study**

Ø **Attending various exhibitions for various purpose.**

Ø **Having real estate agents data for pan Mumbai.**

Ø **Competitor product sampling at factory level.**

Ø **Visiting competitor along with our franchisee owner to make them understand their working as well.**

**Salary**: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
