
Financial Growth Strategist

- Achieve assigned asset under management (AUM) and revenue targets, driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Mentor, monitor, and lead the regional sales team to achieve sales numbers via partner alliances – IFA, Franchisee, Remisier Channel.
- Engage and influence partners to sell various financial products, including mutual funds, portfolio management services, private equity, alternative investment funds, unlisted shares, equity advisory services, insurance, direct equity, and bonds.
- Conduct seminars for franchisees and their clients on diverse financial products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing partner networks, comprising franchisees and independent financial advisors (IFAs).
- Identify and recruit potential new IFAs and franchisees.
- Manage, develop, and drive the regional sales team to meet performance targets and enhance overall sales efforts.
- Ensure high-quality servicing standards for IFAs and franchisees in areas like sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars.
- Provide comprehensive training to partners across all products, including direct equity and investment products like mutual funds, portfolio management services (PMS), AIFs, insurance, bond, and fixed deposits, in collaboration with the products and training team.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales of equity broking and investment products through IFA and franchisee channels.
- Proven team handling experience is essential.
- Domain knowledge: Understanding of market trends, trade insights, and indirect channel expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence applications.
