**Responsibilities**:
- Scheduling appointments, managing MD’s calendar & coordinating meetings.
- Drafting letters, reports, presentations & other documents.
- Organizing travel itineraries, booking flights & accommodation & managing travel logistics.
- Maintaining organized files both physical and electronic.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the MD's office, including managing supplies.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Previous Experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS word & excel.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational & time management skills.
- Ability to work independently & take initiative.
