**Job Title**: Store Keeper**Department**: Stores & Inventory Management**Location**: Precise Systems

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of **raw materials, finished goods, and consumables**.
- Conduct **stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation**.
- Ensure **proper labeling, storage, and organization** of inventory.
- **Material Handling & Storage**:

- Receive and inspect incoming materials for **quality and quantity**.
- Ensure **safe and systematic storage** of goods to prevent damage.
- Maintain **First-In-First-Out (FIFO)** and **First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO)** practices.
- **Issuing & Receiving Goods**:

- Process **material requests and issue stock** to production teams.
- Verify and document **goods received from suppliers**.
- Ensure proper handling of **returns and defective materials**.
- **Coordination with Departments**:

- Work closely with **Purchase, Production, and Accounts teams** for material requirements.
- Coordinate with **vendors and transporters** for timely deliveries.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain **GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), stock registers, and issue slips**.
- Prepare **daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports**.
- Assist in **audit processes and compliance checks**.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to **safety and storage guidelines**.
- Maintain a **clean and organized store environment**.
