Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Develop alternative sources for key materials to reduce supply risks.
- Source and procure raw materials, components, and other necessary supplies.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with the store and production departments to prevent material shortages.
- Generate purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
- Track and monitor order deliveries to meet deadlines.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or defects.
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Maintain procurement within allocated budgets.
- Analyze market trends and assess vendor pricing for better negotiation.
- Ensure all purchased materials meet company quality standards.
- Work with the QC team to inspect incoming materials.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain records of purchases, supplier contracts, and payment terms.
- Generate reports on purchase trends, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Assist in audits related to procurement.
- Work closely with production, finance, and logistics teams.
- Ensure seamless communication between suppliers and internal departments.
- Address urgent purchase requirements for smooth operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
