**Job Title**: IT Training Coordinator cum Counsellor

**Location**: 8B Industrial Area, Mohali

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: 1-2 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) at colleges and institutes to arrange and manage IT training programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions to facilitate ongoing collaboration.
- Schedule, promote, and ensure the smooth execution of training sessions, from planning to completion.
- Oversee and manage administrative tasks related to the training programs, including registration, attendance, and feedback collection.
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction for both participants and TPOs through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training content and program schedules.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in coordinating training programs, preferably within the IT sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and TPOs.
- Good written communication skills for formal correspondence.
- Knowledge of IT training programs and industry trends is a plus.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
