**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver & Facilitate training sessions.
- Managing training logistics.
- Operating LMS.
- Training content curation & Industry trend analysis.
- Follow-ups with different parties.
- Oversee end to end planning, scheduling & delivery of all training programs.
- Day to day training batch management.
- Preparing monthly training reports.

**Educational Qualification: MBA - HR or Equivalent Degree (For freshers) or 1 plus years of similar experience.**
**Shift Timing: Should be flexible with shift timings.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
