Training Coordinator

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field

Experience: Previous experience in training coordination or a similar role

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of
Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

Personal Attributes:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated and a team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate training programs as per pre-developed training modules. - Schedule and manage Zoom meetings for training sessions. - Conduct tests and assessments to evaluate trainees. - Ensure smooth coordination of all training activities. - Maintain and update training records, materials, and databases. - Track and report on training program progress and success metrics. - Assist in organizing training-related logistics and materials. - Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
