**Responsibilities**
- To understand the offer/arrangement made to the Corporates by the Bank
- To penetrate every Corporate relationship by signing up for additional salary accounts on an ongoing basis
- To ensure that all accounts get salary credits
- To identify and resolve service issues faced by the Corporates
- To generate cross sales of various liability/assets products
- Provide feedback/recommendations for weeding out accounts
- To co ordinate/assist the Service RMs in resourcing/conducting training camps/road shows in identified Corporates
- To grow and manage the portfolio profitability
- To coordinate with Service Branch RMs, Sales, Assets and other departments on an on going basis
- Cross sell targets of assets and insurance would be existing
- Would would have to handle a team of Team Leaders and CSEs(Outsourced)
