**Job Title : Marketing Assistant**:

- **Pay Structure : 8 - 10,000/- per month + Incentive**:

- **Education : Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing / Knowledge**

**Of Marketing / Certification in marketing / related field.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
- Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
- Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
- compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics
- monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
- contributing ideas to marketing campaigns.
- organising presentations and events.
- Assisting with promotional activities.
- helping to organise market research.
- Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
- Understanding company products and brands.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
