- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Handle appointments, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Support the team with daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Presentable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
