**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a creative and digitally-savvy **Social Media cum Content Creator** to manage our brand’s online presence and produce engaging content. You’ll be the voice and visual storyteller behind our social channels - building brand awareness, sparking engagement, and helping us connect meaningfully with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.).
- Create engaging and visually appealing content: posts, stories, reels, carousels, videos, etc.
- Write attention-grabbing copy and captions tailored to each platform.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools like Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor trends, insights, and analytics to optimize content and strategy.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to support campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
- Strong writing skills and a creative mindset.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Trend-aware and passionate about digital storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but a Plus)**:

- Photography or videography skills.
- Experience with influencer outreach or user-generated content.
- Familiarity with SEO or blog writing.
