**Position Overview**:
This is an office based job.As a Pharmaceutical Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication to promote pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they reach the target audience effectively. Your role will include generating new business queries by approaching prospective clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Execute marketing activities through mail,social media and other digital platforms to attract individuals and professionals towards Franchisee offerings.
- Identify target audiences and effectively communicate product benefits.
- **Promotional Campaigns**:

- Implement promotional activities, including digital marketing.
- Organize and participate in digital events to enhance the brand’s presence in the market.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Market share growth for promoted products.
- ROI on marketing campaigns.
- Engagement levels with healthcare professionals and clients by electronic media and digital platforms.
- Adherence to compliance and ethical standards in marketing activities.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related fields.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS office,digital marketing platforms.Preference to marketing tools knowledge.
- **Communication Skills**: Fine verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders,in hindi ,english and/or other regional /foreign language.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to analyze market trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
- **Soft Skills**: Strategic thinking, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
