**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic **Sales Executive** to join our growing real estate team. If you're passionate about property sales, building client relationships, and achieving targets, this is your opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Tracking -** Monitor sales across locations and platforms for residential projects.
2. **Lead Generation -** Generate leads via digital ads, walk-ins, property portals, expos & outdoor ads.
3. **Client Conversion -**Turn inquiries into site visits/bookings; promote flats, villas & ready-to-move homes.
4. **Site Visits -** Attend walk-ins and personally show homes/flats to clients at the project site.
5. **Sales Metrics -** Track lead-to-visit, bookings, revenue & report performance regularly.
6. **Target Achievement -** Meet sales goals based on property type and timelines.
8. **Team Collaboration -** Coordinate with marketing, CRM & site teams.
9. **Customer Experience -** Ensure a smooth, professional experience from site visit to post-sale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or Excel)
- Self-motivated, with a customer-first mindset
- Flexible to travel for site visits and events

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
