**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are seeking for an individual with good communication and analytical skills to join our team as a Client Support and Training Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software and technology solutions, including CRM systems, websites, and portals, by providing comprehensive support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, providing training on our company's products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.

**JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain constant communication with management, team, and clients to ensure proper operations of the organization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and technical support issues.
- Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively address client concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members to update and manage support tickets efficiently,
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the functionality and usage of our company's products,
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
- Ability to provide training to clients on company products.
- Convincing and influencing ability
- Skills to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
