**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales and market penetration.
- Identify and build relationships with prospective clients, brokers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews for the team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nagpur real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
