**Position**: Real Estate
- Executive (Female)

**Location**: Nagpur**Experience Required**: 1-2 years **Qualification**: Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through cold calls, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
- Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for repeat/referral business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems.
- Support the Area Manager/Team Leader in executing sales strategies.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Key Requirements**:

- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

**Salary Range**: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
