**KAM - Ecommerce (Online Sales)**
**Minimum 3-5 years of experience into Online sales, Cataloging, working experience with Onboarding products with Amazon & Flipkart**
**CTC upto 65k**
**Job Role**:
The eCommerce Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's business with eCommerce portals. This position requires an individual who has a strong understanding of eCommerce sales, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills to act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for these portals. This role will require a strategic thinker who has experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at eCommerce portals to drive growth within the channels.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure product presentation, pricing, promotions, and
- content are optimized for each portal's requirements.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with partners to ensure that company objectives are met while maintaining positive partner relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends and competition to make recommendations to the team.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and feedback to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement programs and initiatives that will
- positively impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand perception within the
- channel.
- Oversee Amazon cataloging, including variation listings, A+ content, and brand store
- management.
- Plan shipments for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM).
- Onboard new portals and optimize keywords for enhanced visibility and performance.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce account management or sales
3. Proven track record of successful negotiation and business development
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities
7. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
