**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Understand customer needs and objectives to propose tailored solutions and upsell additional products or services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve overall customer experience.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and forecast sales performance.
- Develop and deliver presentations and reports on account status, progress, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Handle 10-member team.
- Maintain MIS Report & Work on Sales Data, Quality Data, Replacement Data
- Working on Advance Excel.
