We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Insurance Executive to join our team. The Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of insurance solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to meet each client's needs.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their changing insurance requirements.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present insurance proposals to prospective clients and negotiate terms.
- **Insurance Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Have a deep understanding of various insurance products including life, health, property, and casualty insurance.
- Educate clients on different insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams including underwriters, actuaries, and claims specialists to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with insurance policies and claims.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:
