As an **Insurance Sales Executive**, your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients to sell insurance products and services. You will utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation tools.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Conduct thorough client needs assessments and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- **Sales Presentations and Proposals**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and value of insurance products.
- Customize insurance proposals to meet the specific needs and requirements of individual clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, premiums, and coverage limits to close sales deals.
- **Policy Issuance and Documentation**:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documents and contracts.
- Coordinate with underwriters and administrative staff to expedite the issuance of policies.
- **Sales Tracking and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Monitor progress towards sales targets and provide regular reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- **Compliance and Professionalism**:
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based role with frequent travel to meet clients and attend networking events.
- Flexible hours may be required to accommodate client meetings and sales activities.
- May involve working under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
