Hakimi is a newly launched and rapidly growing perfume company dedicated to offering exquisite attars, perfumes and other fragrances from around the world. We are committed to providing our customers with a memorable and informative experience when exploring our range of premium perfumes. As we expand, we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Interns to join our team.

As a Sales Intern at Hakimi, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**1. Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom.
- Assist customers in exploring our range of perfumes and fragrances.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

**2. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop in-depth knowledge about our perfume products, including ingredients, scents, and brand stories.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the perfume industry.

**3. Customer Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively.

**4. Sales Closing**:

- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals with walk-in customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

**5. Merchandising**:

- Ensure the showroom is well-organized and products are displayed attractively.
- Assist in periodic inventory checks and restocking.

**6. Service Excellence**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.

**7. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the showroom team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods to ensure a smooth customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiasm for the perfume industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new product information and sales techniques.
- A professional and friendly demeanor.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
