About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts in Navi Mumbai. This internship will give you hands-on experience working on lead generation, client outreach, market research, and campaign execution. You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to drive engagement, build pipelines, and contribute to growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Expertia+1
- Conduct market research to analyze customer segments, competitor landscape, and emerging trends. Expertia+1
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Superworks+1
- Help design marketing collateral: presentations, email templates, social media content, and sales decks. STARC Systems+1
- Maintain and update the CRM system or database with lead and prospect information. Expertia+1
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitches, and demo materials. SAGE CORPS+1
- Track and report on sales metrics, campaign performance, and KPI trends. Expertia+1
- Attend client meetings or sales calls (as a shadow) to gain exposure to the sales process. Expertia
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations) to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including event coordination and document preparation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internship or full-time).
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
- Good research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and trends.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, Google Analytics). Superworks

- Familiarity with presentation tools & design software (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
- Prior experience coordinating sales or marketing events or campaigns.
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
