**Role Description**

The **Customer Service Executive** will serve as a critical part of our customer support team, blending technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service and managing technical teams or service engineers is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical/mechanical field.
- Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, especially those that require technical expertise.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of service engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and support to service engineers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions in our system.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Production and Sales teams, to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and actively contribute to process improvements.
- Assist customers with product or service inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution, particularly with technical aspects.
- Ensure all service engineers meet performance and quality standards, providing coaching and support as needed.
- Track and report on service engineer performance and customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Ensure that technical knowledge is up to date, both for yourself and the service team, through continuous learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
