**Key Responsibilities**

1. Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, including staff, inventory, and equipment.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and issuance of stock.

4. Staff Management: Supervise and motivate store staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on store operations, sales, and customer service, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry industry. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with retail management software.

4. Knowledge: Familiarity with jewelry industry practices and procedures, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and security protocols

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
