**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as an Operations Hub In-Charge. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our order fulfillment operations. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, from receiving orders to coordinating deliveries, while maintaining excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**:

- Manage the entire order processing cycle, including order entry, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively address any delays or issues.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with delivery partners (e.g., courier services, logistics providers) to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely order fulfillment from suppliers.
- Resolve any logístical challenges that may arise during the order fulfillment proces

**Operational Excellence**:

- Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures to optimize order processing workflows.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment and delivery performance.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Generate regular reports on order processing performance, delivery metrics, and other relevant data.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any order-related issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 1 Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
