We are currently, seeking a talented Store/Dispatch In-Charge to join our team and contribute to our tradition of excellence in design and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Management**:

- Maintain organized and accurate records of inventory levels, stock movement, and storage conditions.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely reordering of materials.
- Safeguard inventory against loss, theft, or damage by implementing proper storage practices.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to track and receive incoming materials.

**Dispatch Operations**:

- Plan and oversee the dispatch of finished goods or materials to clients and project sites.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of delivery schedules and documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery notes).
- Collaborate with logistics providers and manage transportation to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies.

**Coordination and Reporting**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams (procurement, design, and project teams) to meet project requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, stock movement, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in the store and dispatch areas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: 0 - 2+ years in store or inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with materials used in interior design, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in inventory management software, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems.
- **Organization Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills.
- **Physical Capability**: Willingness to supervise physical inventory and ensure accurate handling of goods.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and effective communication with internal teams and external vendors.
