**Role Overview**:
**Note**:
**1) Part-time and full-time options along with Work From Home /Hybrid nature.**

**2) Currently pursuing or holding a PhD/M.P.Ed. in Sports preferred.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine sports curricula for young children that align with Go Alpha’s learning goals.
- Plan engaging and age-appropriate sports activities and programs.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss and customize activity plans based on needs.
- Coordinate with sports coaches to address any program-related concerns.
- Design and implement training programs for sports coaches, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of programs to maintain Go Alpha’s standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for sports coaches to ensure they’re well-prepared to deliver engaging sessions.
- Assess kids’ progress and learning outcomes to ensure developmental goals are met.
- Work closely with a team to ensure seamless coordination and program success.

**Key Requirements**:

- Passionate about early childhood development and sports education.
- Mandatory: Prior teaching experience in sports for young children.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Preferred: Comfortable using computers for planning and communication.
- Currently pursuing or holding a PhD/M.P.Ed. in Sports.
- Former sports teachers who are currently unable to take on a full-time role due to personal commitments (e.g., marriage, caregiving).
- Individuals currently working in schools who are looking for a part-time role, ideally with availability in the evenings (4 PM - 8 PM).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
