We have opening for the Back Office - Billing

**Company Name** : CMV Infraprojects Pvt Ltd.

**Experience**: 1 to 3 yrs

**Qualification**:B.COM

**Job Location** : Airoli Navi Mumbai.

**Salary Range** : 20 to 25K Gross Monthly.

**Administration Back Office**
- Conduct thorough reviews of billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, leveraging your 1-2 years of billing-related experience.
- Address billing inquiries from clients promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proactively identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage or other billing ERP systems to generate invoices and process billing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage client accounts and billing records, updating information and terms as necessary with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, leveraging your understanding of basic billing principles and procedures.
- Answer calls related to billing queries with professionalism and excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive client experience.
