Billing Associate

**Your Team Responsibilities**:

- Ensure invoices are created and prepared correctly according to executed contracts
- Handle billing related query from client and internal stakeholders through case management tool
- Timely review unallocated cash and take appropriate action
- Support team members during high volume
- Back-up for other team members
- Focus on process improvement
- Other related activities

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**:

- Fluent in English
- Good writing and communication skills
- Good typing speed and knowledge of Excel/Outlook
- Education - College degree
- Accounting or Business Degree preferred
- Work Experience - Minimum 3-5 years working in a finance department. Previous experience in an accounts receivable department is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce or SAP is a plus
