**Profile Introduction**:
As a Billing Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes within our organization. You will be responsible for managing billing inquiries, processing invoices, and maintaining billing records. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify billing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Address billing inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.
- Stay updated on billing regulations and best practices.
- Participate in billing system enhancements and process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex billing issues.
- Familiarity with billing regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
