- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain data accuracy.
- Achieve daily call targets and quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Any graduate from a recognized university.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital payment apps is a plus.
- Willing to work from the Gurugram location.
