We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in social media management within the event management industry. The Social Media Trainee will play a key role in enhancing our online presence by creating engaging content, covering events, and supporting day-to-day operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Develop and curate engaging video content, stories, and photos for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Assist in creating promotional materials and visual content for upcoming events.
- **Event Coverage**:

- Provide live updates and coverage of events, including capturing high-quality photos and videos.
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure accurate and timely content distribution during and after events.
- Edit and post-event highlight reels, stories, and galleries to showcase the event experience.
- **Influencer Coordination**:

- Assist in identifying and liaising with influencers based on client requirements, product specifications, and target audience.
- Support influencer collaborations by coordinating schedules, providing content guidelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and post content across multiple social media channels.
- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics.
- **Event Support**:

- Assist in coordinating and managing event-related activities as needed.
- Help with on-site event logistics and operations.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to event management.
- **Research & Trends**:

- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Research and suggest new ideas for social media campaigns and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficiency in using social media tools and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for events, creativity, and influencer marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
