**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by proactively selling our resort's offerings to corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing sales to meet or exceed targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and secure new clients.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential target markets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients to showcase the resort's features, amenities, and unique selling points.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of our resort.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and satisfaction.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the resort, build relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as reservations, event planning, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates to the Sales Manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
- Stay updated on competitive offerings, pricing, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge and effectively position our resort in the market.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a resort or luxury hotel environment.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of market segments, customer behaviours, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and sales-related activities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
