**Job description For Customer Onboarding Executive**
**Prerequisites**:
- You should have fluent English
- You should be able to work from 3:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Early Morning Shift)

H&M Virtual Services Pvt Ltd. is one of the leading backed services providers in Australia. Our major clients are Australian-based solar retailers who sell solar panels in Australia. With the team of experts, we provide backend and telesales services to these Australian-based solar retailers.
**JOB ROLES**:
- Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Oversees Our Customer Care Team
- Manage and Train Customer Care Executives
- Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet day to day deadlines.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
- Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.
**Notes**:
This job profile is not the exhausting list of all the activities which a customer care manager has to perform. This is created just to give you the basic idea about your role. You will be responsible to perform all the activities which a customer care manager is required to perform.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
