- Job Description: Customer Care Executive

**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner while adhering to company policies and procedures.

**3. Product Knowledge**:Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services to accurately address customer queries and educate customers about product features.

**4. Documentation**:Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

**5. Communication**:Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information, Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.

**Skilled Required**:
1. **Problem-Solving**:Analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to satisfy customer needs.

2. **Feedback Collection**:Collect and record customer feedback, and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement.

3. **Escalation**:Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.

4. **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements when handling customer information and transactions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warasiya, Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
