**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and follow up on any delays or issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures, and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist with vendor selection and evaluation, including researching potential vendors, obtaining quotes, and performing due diligence.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Medical, or a related field**. (mandatory)**:

- **At least 1-2 years of experience** in Medical procurement or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**.
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.
- Understanding of procurement regulations and laws is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹216,000.00 per year
