- 2- Responsible for governing the daily setup & monitoring of multi-centre dialing campaigns & strategies- 3- Responsible for ID governance (creation, recon, deletion, management)- 4-
- 5- Monitor & suggest efficient methodologies in telecom utilization across multiple Contact Centres- 6- Track Contact Centre level (& data - agent) utilization- 7- Govern all Dialer hygiene parameters including but not limited to, Idle, Abandon, Connectivity- 8- Publish campaign efficiency reports to product/business teams to aid/enhance campaigning strategies.- Skill sets required- 1- Previous experience with any dialer paltforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Aspect etc.)- 2- Good professiency in MIS reporting, Dashboard preparations and MS excel skills.- 3- Experience in coordination with business and IT team on raising and resolving dialer issues.- 4- Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
