As an Aesthetic Clinic Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting clients through their aesthetic journey. You will provide expert advice, tailor treatment plans, and ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and attention. Your goal will be to understand clients’ needs, address their concerns, and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and concerns.
- Provide expert recommendations on treatment options and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients about available procedures, potential outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Address client questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Follow up with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client consultations and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic professionals to ensure cohesive client care.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Healthcare, Aesthetics) or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
