Job Title: Councellor
Qualification: Graduation or above.

Skills Required:

- Presentable with good communication/interpersonal skills.
- Good at convincing and managing patients.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Hard-working.

Role/Responsibility:

- Make outbound calls.
- Council and convince patients for various medical procedure.
- Post-procedure support in case of any query from the patients.
- Analyze data and make reports.
- Use MS-Office to maintain records & Update the client records in CRM
- Coordinate with other teams to get all the formalities done regarding the patients.
- To handle the patient's query over the phone and at the clinic.
- Daily follow-ups with Old Patients And New Patients.
- .To coordinate with doctor and client to make the process smooth.
- Calling on hot leads and booking the new packages for treatment.
- Preparing daily reports customer Service and Satisfaction are the main focus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
