**Job Description : -**
- Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting.
- Ongoing monitoring and analysis of pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to ensure objectives are met.
- Create and implement lead engagement plans and strategy.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, storing, and controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department.
- Efficient and effective lead utilization with consistent follow - ups, low Turn-Around-Time (TAT) and increased connectivity with multiple attempts.
- Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.
- Working and coordinating with the present counselors team to reach company targets.
- Handling potential and existing client/students questions, inquiries and complaints on phone, web and in person.

**Skills and Qualifications : -**
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in sales and marketing in service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- Proficiency in Google sheets, Docs, Drive and CRM.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- New Delhi, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
