Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as a Scrapr Onboarding executive. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing kabadiwalas within a designated area in Bhopal. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our platform by providing support and guidance to kabadiwalas throughout their journey with Scrapr.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and onboard kabadiwalas within the assigned area, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
- Provide scrapr kits (including T-shirts, caps, etc.) to onboarded kabadiwalas and ensure they are equipped with necessary tools.
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and documentation for each kabadiwala, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create profiles of onboarded kabadiwalas on the Scrapr partner app, accurately capturing relevant information.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to kabadiwalas on how to accept pick-up requests on Scrapr, enter data of collected scrap, and process payments to customers.
- Monitor and ensure that kabadiwalas receive pick-up requests on a daily basis, optimizing their workflow and maximizing their earnings.
- Record and analyze data related to each kabadiwala's performance, including daily earnings and customer service ratings.
- Implement strategies to improve kabadiwalas' service ratings and overall satisfaction among customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our platform.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, operations, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with kabadiwalas and other stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
